Bye Bye, We Built This City...

...we had an absolute blast!

Fri 12 Sep, 2025

After 10 years of revolutionising the London souvenir and supporting over 700 London creatives, we have now closed our physical and online stores.

An enormous and heartfelt THANK YOU to every single customer who visited us on Carnaby Street, to our wildly talented artists and designers for bringing their myriad of creative talents to the store, and to our brilliant team members who showed up every day with such passion and dedication.

A lot of gratitude also for our Carnaby landlords who saw the vision (from a scrappy Keynote presentation!) and took the leap of faith in 2014 to invite us onto one of the world’s most iconic shopping streets.

Together, we built a one-of-a-kind celebration of London’s creativity right in the heart of London’s West End and we’re so proud of what every single person came together to achieve:

Voted 3rd Best Shop in London (2019-2021) by Time Out Magazine (after Liberty and Goodhood)

Supported over 700 London creatives, artist and designer-makers

Welcomed over 3.5 million local and international visitors

Sold 500,000+ souvenirs that are now in homes across the world

Hosted hundreds of artist-led pop-ups, live events and storefronts

What’s next?

Since 2022, we’ve been working with The Mayor of London’s Culture & Creative Industries team to establish a pioneering retail accelerator training programme for creatives - LONDON MADE ME. The programme aims to inspire, skill-up and empower the city’s most exciting creatives to launch their own physical spaces and help transform our high streets. If you’re a creative looking to scale up your business and launch your brand on the high street, do apply for a future programme.
