Join us for an exclusive watercolour portrait painting workshop with Viktorija Semjonova from Andsmile Studio. In this 2 hour workshop Viktorija will introduce you to watercolour painting techniques and teach you how to apply them when painting portraits.
In the first part of the workshop you’ll learn basic facial anatomy, how to draw people, composition, how to approach portraits including plenty of tips and tricks of the trade. For this part please bring a photo reference (otherwise – lots of inspiration photos will be provided on the day!) In the second part you will experiment with watercolours, explore different painting techniques and learn how to use colour while painting portraits.
This workshop is a great starting point and you will go away with knowledge to practice and develop your own unique style, suitable both for beginners and for people who want to develop their existing practice. All materials are provided (Brush, Winsor and Newton watercolours, watercolour paper, pencil, eraser), as well as snacks and a glass of wine!
